Water - Timings and Useful

One of my friend called Palanisamy who is working in Army always insist to drink more water to reduce all the diseases and to live a healthy life. He claims himself that he drink 7 litres of water daily. I too feel water is very important to our body and we need to have a habit of drinking more water. I got a forwared mail and though to share with you all as health tips.



After waking up - 1 Glass of water - Helps activate internal organs
30 minutes before meal - 2 Glasses of water - Help digestion
Before taking a bath - 1 Glass of water - Helps lower blood pressure
Before sleep - 1 Glass of water - To avoid stroke or heart attack
